The Red Devils Set to Sign Germany Striker Lea Schüller away from the Bavarian Giants

Manchester United are on the verge of completing the signing for prolific German striker Lea Schüller in a permanent move away from the Frauen-Bundesliga champions.

A Major Signing for the WSL Side

Schüller, who has six months left on her deal, has been a consistent goal-getter for both club and country. Having scored more than 100 goals for Bayern and scored 54 times in 82 caps for Germany. Her arrival is viewed as a marquee coup for the WSL team.

Departure from Munich was expected after she appeared to be holding back emotions while thanking the club's fans after a win over Bayer Leverkusen this month.

It was reported in late December that the German women's top flight was losing one of its leading forwards. Per multiple sources, all the paperwork for the transfer have now been completed.
